In Blair Witch players will encounter a series of locked doors, the first being the Bunker. If players want to proceed through the Bunker (and they don’t have to, it’s one of a handful of options that will lead to different endings) they have to find the code.

To find the code to the Bunker door, the player must travel to the Sheriff’s vehicle in the Black Hills forest. This should be the way players just came from, following the ravine.
Players will be prompted to use their walkie talkie to chat with a mysterious voice. The person tells the player to turn on the headlights in the car. This is a multi-step process that starts with the game’s dog companion Bullet bringing protagonist Ellis the keys to the car. Once Ellis is inside, players will find the battery to be dead. Get out of the car and open the hood to reattach the battery. The lights will flicker on for a brief second and then turn off. This is because a fuse is burnt out, so the next goal is to replace that fuse.
In the glove compartment there is a crucial piece of paper that contains details on which fuse controls which part of the car and what type needs to be used. Look for an icon around the steering wheel, which will open the compartment for fuses. Open the compartment and remove the blackened fuse in slot seven. The paper says that seven is the slot for the “Front Lights” so naturally, headlights. Grab a 20 amp fuse (the paper also specifies this) from the fuse compartment and slot it into seven.
Replace the fuse and the headlights will turn on, which trigger the player receiving a text message from The Prize. Open this text message and it will reveal the code to open the lock. The code is 2113.
Return to the Bunker, go down the stairs to the door with the lock on it and enter the code. Solve the lock and the Bunker is now open for players to explore and progress.
The Blair Witch game is the latest from Bloober Team, the developer of the Layers of Fear games, and it includes a number of other puzzles players will have to solve if they hope to make it to the end.
Blair Witch is out now for PC and Xbox One.
